Daniel Kirk
Exercise Scientist
Strength & Conditioning Coach
I am passionate about sports performance and team development. My experience in studying, coaching and training/competing in these areas gives me a knowhow of how it feels and how to continue to find new ways to improve. Seeing my clients achieve new personal bests and enjoy their training inspires me with my own training and in developing HPT further through a hunger to learn more and stay at the forefront of Health and Performance Training.
