If you have selected to have your order shipped using Australia Post regular service, HPT will not be held liable should you not receive your parcel.

Products have been carefully checked before dispatch to the customer. Please choose carefully as we do not normally give refunds or exchange items if you simply change your mind or make the wrong decision. However, if the product isn’t right, we offer you the ability to exchange with other products with an equal amount or we give you a refund. A reason and receipt for your return are required as proof of purchase on return items. Refunds only apply on items that are unopened, unused or unwrapped.
The product must be returned with in 7 days from receiving date to received money back or replacement of product.
Please allow two weeks from the day you return your package for your account to be credited. If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different size or colour please enclose with your original purchase with a postage paid, self addressed bag sufficient to send your new item. A correctly sized pre-paid bag is sufficient. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges, except if HPT made an error or shipped the wrong product.
