Daniel Kirk

Exercise Scientist
Strength & Conditioning Coach

Daniel is a highly passionate coach and athlete that has had extensive experience at a high level of sport both as a Sport Scientist/Strength & Conditioning coach and an athlete.

Over an established career he has coached through his own business HPT, at the South Australian Sports Institute, South Australian Cricket Association and in a sports clinical setting. This has included the successful planing, programming, and monitoring for a number of sports at a state & national representation level including; Cricket, Golf, Baseball, Netball, Cycling, Basketball, Rowing, Football, Kayaking, Karate, Indoor & Beach Volleyball, Athletics, Cycling and Triathlon.

Daniel's current work includes working with Royal Adeladie Golf Club & Tafe SA. Daniel has a strong background competing in Football, Beach Volleyball and Athletics at a state level and national level.

Daniel is a current F44 Para Discus Athletes ranked 9th in the world (2015). Daniel was formerly a player with the Glenelg Tigers Football Club in the SANFL from 2005-2012.

Elijah Staugas

Strength & Conditioning Coach

A highly motivated individual with a passion for health and fitness. Elijah has developed a strong track record of influencing the physical development of individuals and teams from the junior to elite level across a variety of sports.

As the current State Strongman Champion for his division Elijas's background in training and competing in Strongman & Crossfit events has given him in edge in conveying a positive and hard working training attitude to his clients. Some of his current work involves working with the u/18's at the West Adelaide Football Club, Basketball state team squads ranging from u/14-u/18, assisting other Strongmen competitors and one on one training.
